Federal Election 2025

Wills Labor MP Peter Khalil was first elected in 2016. The electorate has an increasing awareness of climate, environmental, sustainability and social justice issues. The Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) sets the initial two-party preferred (2PP) preference count now for Wills as Labor vs Greens. After the 2022 election the margin between Labor and Greens was 8.6%. Proposed electoral boundary changes for Victorian electorates are estimated to reduce that margin to 4.6%
